Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote and follow plant safety guidelines and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
  • •Lead technical department team to optimize cement manufacturing by analyzing operational KPIs, implementing cost-effective solutions, and maximizing resource utilization.
  • •Ensure raw materials, processes, and finished products meet standards, specifications, and customer requirements through quality control procedures and testing.
  • •Provide leadership for mine planning and oversee technical reporting, budgets, and performance forecasts.
  • •Manage automation and IS/IT/OT engineering activities, including performance testing on production equipment and supporting automation systems and cyber security.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 4 year/Bachelors Degree in Chemical engineering, Industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical / Automation Engineering or related field.
  • •Minimum 10 years Cement plant technical experience.
  • •Knowledge of end-to-end cement manufacturing operations, including quarry mining, raw material quality control, raw meal preparation, pyroprocessing, milling, and cement dispatch.
  • •Knowledge of cement plant quality control laboratory methods, testing standards, and analytical equipment to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
  • •Experience managing plant capital projects, plant automation systems, and plant information systems.
