Key Responsibilities

•Promote and follow plant safety guidelines and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
•Lead technical department team to optimize cement manufacturing by analyzing operational KPIs, implementing cost-effective solutions, and maximizing resource utilization.
•Ensure raw materials, processes, and finished products meet standards, specifications, and customer requirements through quality control procedures and testing.
•Provide leadership for mine planning and oversee technical reporting, budgets, and performance forecasts.
•Manage automation and IS/IT/OT engineering activities, including performance testing on production equipment and supporting automation systems and cyber security.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 4 year/Bachelors Degree in Chemical engineering, Industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical / Automation Engineering or related field.
•Minimum 10 years Cement plant technical experience.
•Knowledge of end-to-end cement manufacturing operations, including quarry mining, raw material quality control, raw meal preparation, pyroprocessing, milling, and cement dispatch.
•Knowledge of cement plant quality control laboratory methods, testing standards, and analytical equipment to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
•Experience managing plant capital projects, plant automation systems, and plant information systems.
