Key Responsibilities

  • •Build relationships and provide credible HR advisory support to managers and employees.
  • •Handle employee relations matters including absence management, performance management, disciplinary and grievances, and flexible working.
  • •Advise on occupational health referrals and return-to-work cases; prepare HR documentation and contracts.
  • •Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases to ensure compliance with legal requirements and data protection.
  • •Lead recruitment and facilitate onboarding, and support small/medium HR improvement projects using HR data trends.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in a HR Advisor role with CIPD Level 5 qualification.
  • •Sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR practices.

  • •Strong analytical and evaluation skills, with well-developed written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
  • •Good IT skills using MS Office and HR databases, and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
