Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the partner implementation from kickoff through Hypercare exit, managing timeline, milestones, dependencies, and partner coordination.
  • •Align technical feasibility with KAM/Commercial before making any commitment to the partner.
  • •Hold pillar owners accountable and act as the single point of escalation when commitments slip.
  • •Manage the SE → TCS handoff and ensure the standard implementation playbook is followed for the next partner.
  • •Protect go-live date while rejecting technically infeasible scope to maintain on-time go-live KPI.

  • •Strong delivery-method depth (RAID, dependencies, steering rhythm, and partner coordination).
  • •Ability to hold technical pillar owners to commitments and escalate early with recommendations when issues arise.
  • •Comfort partnering with KAM/Commercial on feasibility before commitments are sold.
  • •Advanced English and Spanish skills (written and spoken).
