Lead store operations and support the leadership team to deliver exceptional customer engagement. Coach and develop associates, model selling behaviors, and help achieve sales and profit goals by monitoring KPIs. In partnership with store leadership, ensure merchandising standards, manage daily opening/closing and floor coverage, support stockroom inventory and shipment processing, uphold safety and company policies, and contribute to a positive, inclusive store culture.
