The North Face: Supervisor - Aurora

Lead the store team at The North Face by coaching and developing associates, driving exceptional customer engagement, and supporting day-to-day retail operations. Partner with store leadership to monitor KPIs, help achieve sales and profit goals, and maintain merchandising and inventory standards. Oversee opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, stockroom processes, training/onboarding, loss prevention practices, and uphold safety and company policies while fostering a positive, inclusive store culture.
