Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Etihad’s enterprise-wide SRM transformation programme and SRM Centre of Excellence.
  • •Design and implement a business-led, procurement-enabled SRM framework aligned to growth strategy.
  • •Establish supplier segmentation, performance, risk, and governance frameworks to maximise value and minimise value leakage.
  • •Drive executive-level engagement, strategic supplier reviews, and supplier performance through KPIs and disciplined review cadences.
  • •Own the SRM digital ecosystem (Supplier 360, data analytics, and AI-enabled insights) and build organisational capability to embed SRM practices across the business.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 10 years of relevant experience in the aviation industry, with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
  • •Demonstrated ability to design and run enterprise-wide SRM, procurement, or transformation programmes.
  • •Proven expertise in Supplier Relationship Management, executive stakeholder engagement, digital enablement, and value creation through supplier partnerships.
  • •Experience establishing governance and performance frameworks and influencing senior stakeholders to deliver measurable commercial and operational outcomes.
  • •Master of Business Administration (or related post-graduate qualification); Lean Six Sigma or Programme and Project Offices (P3O) certification desirable.
