Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with accounting aspects of the business and partner with the NBC News organization and other NBCUniversal business units.
  • •Coordinate and/or prepare monthly and quarterly close deliverables.
  • •Maintain and complete assigned Blackline account reconciliations, ensuring timely certification and resolution of reconciling items.
  • •Prepare monthly journal entries with proper backup to substantiate accounting transactions.
  • •Assist controllership with compliance to accounting policies and internal controls, streamline processes, and support ad hoc requests.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • •2+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance with demonstrated progression.

  • •Computer skills including SAP, AOE, and Excel; CPA and public accounting experience preferred.
