Job Summary

Deliver successful implementation of Workday HCM solutions for clients by configuring and testing to meet business requirements. Partner with professional services teams in Mexico to provide implementation expertise across HCM Core, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Benefits. Apply prior consulting experience and develop deep domain knowledge of Workday and comparable enterprise applications while supporting business analysis and requirements gathering for multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure successful implementation of Workday product solutions for clients.
•Provide implementation expertise while configuring and testing solutions to meet business requirements.
•Use functional knowledge of Workday HCM areas (HCM Core, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Benefits) to support deployments.
•Conduct business analysis and support requirements gathering for implementations.
•Learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training, and support multiple projects when needed.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of functional experience with at least one HCM solution: HCM Core, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, or Benefits.
•Previous consulting experience as a professional services consultant or internal consultant.
•Experience implementing or working with Workday or similar applications including SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
•Bilingual in Spanish and English.
