Key Responsibilities

•Complete a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, followed by certification.
•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Proactively reach out to customers using CAMP and approved marketing tools to set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and support outside sales activities, including referring customers to business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment) when appropriate.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Must be able to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•This role requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
