Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead complex Ports & Marine, waterfront, and coastal infrastructure projects from planning and design through construction and completion.
  • •Manage project portfolios and clients, driving delivery, revenue generation, profitability, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • •Lead multidisciplinary project teams and direct project managers and staff working across multiple projects and high-risk scopes.
  • •Establish project execution strategies and guide teams to identify, mitigate, and eliminate project risks while minimizing claims, scope changes, and financial impacts.
  • •Oversee project financial performance and coordinate clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and technical stakeholders to deliver safely and in compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field plus 6 years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •6 years of progressive project management experience, preferably in ports, marine, coastal, waterfront, or heavy civil infrastructure.
  • •Valid US Driver’s License; as a condition of employment, the selected candidate must pass a Motor Vehicle Records review.
  • •Experience managing Ports & Marine (or maritime/coastal/waterfront) infrastructure projects.
  • •Professional Engineer (PE) license and/or PMP certification (preferred).
