Key Responsibilities

  • •Continue improvement deployment and resolve SAP issues
  • •Organize the team to achieve DOH, OTTR, and OTTP targets and manage lead time reporting
  • •Plan new product and pilot run schedules as material delegate, including production order management and daily/weekly schedule tracking
  • •Perform inventory analysis and management to achieve DOH goals and support FAT planning and capacity resource review with RD and CSR
  • •Handle ECN management and product phase-in/phase-out change management; support NPI project scheduling and deploy ELSS tools for lean material flow projects

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree
  • •Over 3 years of production planning and control experience
  • •Familiar with production planning and SCM
  • •Strong inventory control skills with DOH focus
  • •SAP proficiency to solve different SAP problems
