  • •Design complex end-to-end AI and GenAI solutions using modern OSS and cloud-native technologies, orchestrating MLOps and LLMOps in production systems.
  • •Work with international teams, run workshops, and support customers and team members with technical expertise while evaluating and recommending new AI technologies.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, mathematics, or a related field (Master or Ph.D. is advantageous).
  • •At least 4 years’ experience developing and implementing AI and machine-learning solutions on-prem and in the cloud.
  • •At least 1 year of experience building GenAI solutions such as RAG or agent-based systems.
  • •Proven technical skills in relevant programming languages, preferably Python, and experience with AI/GenAI frameworks such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, KubeFlow, Hugging Face, and LangChain.
  • •Ability to design and build software solutions for AI/GenAI projects using agile software development methods, with strong communication in German and English.
