Job Summary

Lead planning and scheduling for mega project(s) in the UAE, partnering with clients, contractors, and internal teams to build integrated master schedules (IMS). Manage WBS, CPM baseline schedules, change management, and schedule maintenance across multiple projects, including delay analysis and risk recommendations. Oversee and mentor the Planning Team, implement earned value management (EVM), analyze resources and bottlenecks, and communicate progress and recommendations to technical and management audiences via regular reporting and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

•Create and maintain WBS, CPM baseline schedules, and integrated master schedules (IMS) with clients and contractors.
•Develop planning and reporting systems with project teams and functions, including resource and cost-loaded schedules.
•Develop and manage the delay analysis process and perform what-if and delay analyses as needed.
•Manage and mentor the Planning Team, ensuring deliverables integrate into the system and meet quality standards.
•Serve as primary client communication on contracts and project progress; present findings and recommendations to management using reporting and PowerPoint decks.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in construction engineering, engineering, project management, or a related technical field.
•15+ years of construction planning and scheduling experience.
•Fluency in English.
•Multi-disciplinary/vertical construction experience (e.g., infrastructure, power generation, oil & gas, hospitals, mixed-use buildings) plus experience with data centers and mission-critical facilities.
•Highly proficient with Primavera P6 (resource and cost loading, tracking, leveling, reporting) and experience with earned value management (EVM).
