Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and maintain WBS, CPM baseline schedules, and integrated master schedules (IMS) with clients and contractors.
  • •Develop planning and reporting systems with project teams and functions, including resource and cost-loaded schedules.
  • •Develop and manage the delay analysis process and perform what-if and delay analyses as needed.
  • •Manage and mentor the Planning Team, ensuring deliverables integrate into the system and meet quality standards.
  • •Serve as primary client communication on contracts and project progress; present findings and recommendations to management using reporting and PowerPoint decks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction engineering, engineering, project management, or a related technical field.
  • •15+ years of construction planning and scheduling experience.
  • •Fluency in English.
  • •Multi-disciplinary/vertical construction experience (e.g., infrastructure, power generation, oil & gas, hospitals, mixed-use buildings) plus experience with data centers and mission-critical facilities.
  • •Highly proficient with Primavera P6 (resource and cost loading, tracking, leveling, reporting) and experience with earned value management (EVM).
