Define, manage, and evolve a global portfolio of ServiceNow offerings, solutions, and innovation assets. Key Responsibilities

•Define and maintain global ServiceNow offerings and solutions across modules, industries, and capabilities, including scope, value propositions, personas, use cases, and success metrics.
•Own the global portfolio roadmap by monitoring market trends, ServiceNow releases, ecosystem movements, and customer demand signals to prioritize feature and capability development.
•Drive competitive differentiation through benchmarking and positioning, ensuring each offering has a clear differentiation narrative and supporting GTM battlecards and materials.
•Set pricing models, packaging structures, and service tiers, and develop GTM toolkits such as offering sheets, sales plays, use case packs, and customer-value narratives.
•Lead R&D and innovation initiatives, including automation and AI-driven workflows, and own the Agentic AI/GenAI roadmap for use cases, AI agents and workflows, data/model integration, and industry-specific accelerators.

Key Requirements

•Strong background in ServiceNow portfolio management, product management, solutioning, or innovation leadership.
•Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, modules, AI features, and ecosystem.
•Experience defining offerings, pricing models, solution architectures, and GTM toolkits.
•Exposure to AI, especially GenAI, workflow automation, LLM integration, and agentic AI concepts.
•Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze competitive landscapes and craft differentiation strategies.
