  • •Deliver production code while supporting architecture and design aligned to a microservice structure.
  • •Drive faster delivery cadence across the team, leading by example on volume and reliability of changes.

  • •Lead and drive the engineering culture across teams; remove blockers and raise engineering standards.
  • •Proactively remove impediments, assess risk, communicate issues to program management, and eliminate process inefficiencies.

  • •Proven track record in software engineering, designing, developing and deploying backend applications while driving engineering and cultural change across teams.
  • •Strong capability designing individual microservices and broader microservice architecture.

  • •Solid experience with CI/CD best practices, tooling, and implementation.
  • •Hands-on delivery of RESTful APIs into production environments with deep expertise in PostgreSQL (schema design and day-to-day development).
