Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement QA/QC plans aligned with national and international standards (NOM, ASTM, ACI, AISC, AWS).
  • •Verify materials, construction procedures, inspection protocols, and site records for civil, structural, and architectural works.
  • •Perform daily technical inspections and generate photographic/documentary reports.
  • •Initiate and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and coordinate corrective actions.
  • •Oversee technical inspections and testing for soil compaction, concrete, structural steel, welding, coatings, and architectural finishes.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years QA/QC experience in industrial projects, especially civil, structural, and architectural works for power, energy, or industrial facilities.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Mexican industrial quality standards and construction codes (NOM, ASTM, ACI, AISC, AWS).
  • •Strong documentation and record-control skills, with executive-level reporting ability.
  • •Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
