Senior Planner

Own project planning and scheduling by creating and maintaining the master schedule, developing the basis of schedule and schedule management plan, and setting key milestone dates. Support progress measurement for the PM and construction manager, analyze bid milestones and completion timetables, and manage schedule changes including change-management time implications. Build WBS and code-of-accounts integration, identify critical paths and float, integrate contractor/supplier schedules, and provide early warnings and delay notifications.
