Job Summary

Strengthen IT&D’s commercial and financial operations by defining and embedding enterprise standards and end-to-end processes for vendor-led Purchase Order (PO) creation and management. Partner with IT&D, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and vendor stakeholders to improve control, transparency, compliance, spend forecasting, and budget control. Establish governance and KPIs, enable vendors to adopt PO processes, and drive continuous improvement to reduce risk and manual effort at scale.

•Own and define IT&D standards, policies, and end-to-end processes for vendor-led PO creation and management.

•Partner with Finance and Procurement to align PO processes with enterprise financial, audit, and compliance requirements.
•Define KPIs and reporting for PO compliance, efficiency, and quality; drive continuous improvement to reduce risk and manual effort.
