Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee Commercial Banking Relationship Managers’ execution of duties, including sourcing opportunities, negotiating term sheets, and maintaining required documentation
  • •Perform analysis, due diligence, and underwriting of proposed loan requests, including compliance and audit readiness
  • •Direct and monitor results for relationship managers and support staff while ensuring activity aligns with compliance and audit programs
  • •Generate new loans and deposits and advise senior management on timely portfolio changes
  • •Manage talent activities: identify and interview candidates, conduct performance evaluations, plan goals, counsel employees, and coach and train the team

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum seven or more years of lending/credit and banking experience
