Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, test, implement, and support HL7, FHIR, and API-based integrations across healthcare systems.
•Build and maintain interfaces using integration platforms such as Cloverleaf, Rhapsody, Corepoint, Mirth Connect, and InterSystems (Ensemble/IRIS).
•Develop real-time and batch interfaces (e.g., ADT, orders, results, charges, scheduling, master file updates) and troubleshoot complex integration issues.
•Use SQL to support data extraction, transformation, and reconciliation, and contribute to integration activities for EHR implementations, upgrades, migrations, and conversions.
•Serve as integration project manager or workstream lead by managing plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, testing cycles, cutover planning, and go-live readiness.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 120,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
•Healthcare industry experience, including hospital, health system, or healthcare IT consulting environments.
•Hands-on experience with one or more integration engines/platforms such as Cloverleaf, Rhapsody, Corepoint, Mirth Connect, or InterSystems Ensemble/IRIS.
•Strong working knowledge of HL7 (v2.x required; v3 preferred) and experience with FHIR and RESTful APIs.
•Experience supporting or integrating with major EHR platforms including Epic, Oracle Health (Cerner), and/or MEDITECH.
