Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and monitor executives’ calendars, anticipating conflicts and coordinating meeting and call requests.
  • •Review, prioritize, and summarize incoming mail/email; draft, edit, proof, and finalize correspondence on behalf of executives.
  • •Plan logistics for domestic and international travel, including itineraries, agendas, directions, backup materials, and expense reports.
  • •Schedule and coordinate meetings and executive events, reserving space and ensuring appropriate equipment/materials and hospitality services.
  • •Liaise professionally with portfolio organizations, investors, guests, and internal personnel while maintaining confidentiality and representing KKR’s values.

Salary: USD 65,000 - 120,000 daily

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant and a college degree.
  • •Previous experience in asset management, private wealth management, or investment banking at a top-tier financial institution.
  • •Proven ability managing complex, fluid calendars for multiple senior executives simultaneously.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), including producing/editing spreadsheets and presentations.
  • •Excellent written, editing, and verbal communication skills with strong research ability using online resources.
