Key Responsibilities

•Onsite development and maintenance of the program IMS in MS Project, incorporating customer requirements and contractual changes to maintain baselines
•Detail planning and maintenance of IMS throughout program lifecycle with cost/schedule integration and production traceability
•Ensure IMS compliance with government requirements during all program phases
•Resource-load IMS scope with target budgets and demonstrate cost/schedule integration
•Conduct detailed IMS analysis and communicate schedule status, critical path, variance, and what-if analyses to Planning Lead, Program Manager, customers, and senior management

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field and a minimum of 2 years of Program Planning/Scheduling/PM experience
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required
•Experience with scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar) for creating/maintaining industry schedules
•Strong communication skills and ability to interface with customers, program managers, and senior management
•Experience in integrating cost and schedule and ensuring IMS traceability to production scope
