Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Environmental Health & Safety by following and improving facility policies and procedures.
  • •Set up and operate slitter machines to meet efficiency, quality, and waste specifications.
  • •Maintain visual workplace standards and complete required paperwork (visual check sheets, run condition sheets, and forms).
  • •Monitor and maintain quality by removing flag defects.
  • •Operate safely with hoists and pallet jacks and participate in continuous improvement, safety, and quality initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •HS diploma or equivalent and technical experience.
  • •Ability to distinguish color and pass a color blindness test.
  • •Regular attendance and ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
  • •Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and perform frequent standing, sitting, squatting, bending, walking, lifting, and climbing in a manufacturing environment.
