  • •Coach and guide the team, providing formal and informal teaching for colleagues and other professionals.
  • •Carry out assessments and develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans.
  • •Monitor work areas and practices to ensure safety and compliance with standards, policies and legislation.
  • •Oversee care, administer and order medication, and provide clinical guidance while ensuring best practice continually.
