Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the physician in medical fitness examinations for aviation and occupational pre-employment, initial and renewal medicals, and general consultations.
  • •Conduct clinical assessments (e.g., vital signs, vision tests, ECG, audiogram, tympanometry, spirometry, height/weight, BMI) and administer vaccinations.
  • •Prepare and maintain confidential patient medical records, ensuring completeness of flight crew/cabin crew medical examination and related checks.
  • •Maintain aseptic standards and EAMC cleanliness, calibrate and maintain medical equipment, and escalate malfunctions to the Nurse Manager.
  • •Support EAMC programs (health education lectures/forums/events/campaigns) and maintain competency records and nursing policies/procedures; report incidents/variances during duty hours.

Key Requirements

  • •Registered Nurse (RN) with BSN or Diploma in Nursing.
  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience as a registered nurse with a UAE DOH/DHA license in a large hospital or medical centre.
  • •Registered as an emergency first responder with a valid BLS certificate.
  • •Minimum 2 years’ experience in chronic disease management services.
  • •Knowledge of aeromedical policies and procedures as per DOH, OSHAD, and GCAA regulations.
