Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and run the monthly financial performance review process, producing management reporting across SEAO.
  • •Provide integrated financial oversight by consolidating P&L, BS, and NWC, identifying key movements, and explaining actuals vs. budget/forecast/prior year.
  • •Lead forecasting, budgeting, and planning cycles, establishing operating rhythms and governance for milestones, reviews, and escalation.
  • •Consolidate financial plans into leadership-ready outputs (bridges, variance analysis, risks, opportunities, and decision points) with an integrated view of drivers.
  • •Partner with country finance, SSC, and regional stakeholders to monitor risks/gaps, escalate issues early, and support decision-making forums and projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Own monthly financial performance review and deliver timely, accurate, meaningful management reporting across SEAO.
  • •Lead forecasting, budgeting, and planning cycles, including assumptions, deliverables, consolidation, review materials, and submissions.
  • •Ensure integrated financial oversight by consolidating P&L/BS/NWC performance and clearly explaining actuals versus budget, forecast, and prior year.
  • •Partner with country finance and SSC teams to ensure completeness, consistency, and reliability of financial data for decision-making.
  • •Support governance and planning guidance across stakeholders to produce leadership-ready outputs such as bridges and variance/risk/opportunity analysis.
