Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the project management team to drive projects forward and help clients achieve built assets.
  • •Work across the project lifecycle from initial concept through construction and operation.
  • •Liaise regularly with relevant parties, coordinating the project team and planning key tasks.
  • •Support procurement and help senior/associate project managers on project activities.
  • •Report on progress and cost, including data management, site visits, and meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (min 2:1 or equivalent) in Project Management, Construction Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Civil Engineering.
  • •A Master’s degree in project management or construction management would be an advantage.
  • •Effective decision making with strong verbal and written communication.
  • •Proactive, driven approach to work with the ability to deliver deadlines set by clients and managers.
  • •Good organisation skills with the willingness to ask for help when needed.
