Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage master production planning for designated production areas according to project milestones and performance targets.
  • •Ensure robust communication between AIT managers and Production areas.
  • •Contribute to the MRP process and related activities.
  • •Report at TSMS plant level according to the MPS process and consolidate 3-axis resource plans.
  • •Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement using lean methodologies (Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen).

Key Requirements

  • •Industrial Engineer or Aerospace Engineer Degree or similar.
  • •Experience in project management, manufacturing and production control.
  • •Pro-activity and autonomy. Team working ability.
  • •Leadership skills to manage different stakeholders.
  • •Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English.
