Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute data-informed, multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-caliber passive talent.
•Use sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM systems, AI-enabled tools, niche platforms, networking) to map talent markets and build targeted pipelines.
•Conduct consultative conversations (e.g., phone screens) to assess candidate interest, qualifications, and alignment with business priorities.
•Partner with recruiters, strategic talent partners, and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, workforce trends, and priority skill requirements.
•Build and maintain talent communities, nurture engaged pipelines with regular market and pipeline updates, and ensure accurate, compliant use of sourcing systems and workflows.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
•Proven experience in talent acquisition, headhunting, or sourcing with a track record of engaging passive candidates and building pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
•Demonstrated proficiency with sourcing technologies and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM systems, plus AI-enabled sourcing tools.
•Bilingual communication in English and Spanish, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders across regions.
