Job Summary

Assemble, sub-assemble, test, and rework products in a manufacturing environment to meet quality standards and support on-time work order completion. Perform work using standard instructions and mechanical blueprints with hand and power tools at an adjustable-height workstation. Troubleshoot and rework products that don’t meet testing standards, maintain safe/quality-focused work areas, and accurately track progress and completion in an ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform assembly and sub-assembly of products by following standard work instructions and mechanical blueprints using hand and power tools.
•Test products using measuring tools, including calipers, and testing equipment for electronic components.
•Troubleshoot and rework products that do not meet testing standards through disassembly, reassembly, and additional testing.
•Accurately track progress and completion of work orders, including associated scrap, within the ERP system.
•Use overhead assist/lift equipment to safely move larger parts and finished products; package finished products and prepare them for shipment on pallets.

•High school diploma, GED, or demonstrated ability to read, write, and perform mathematical calculations at a high school level.
•Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

•Ability to carry objects and perform physical activities including reaching, stretching, bending, and twisting throughout the workday.
•Ability to follow written and verbal instructions while maintaining quality and safety standards.
