Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise stakeholders with analytical support and recommendations on business and application/IT platform direction and modifications based on current and future needs.
  • •Maintain advanced understanding of business processes and application/IT platforms and help identify, research, and analyze technology solutions.
  • •Analyze and document business requirements for application/IT platform and data systems, directing testing and implementation of new systems or changes.
  • •Lead and participate in designing and administering standards and policies for application/IT platforms and end-user documentation, including quality assurance methodologies.
  • •Identify and control risks associated with business activities in accordance with risk and compliance policies; provide work direction and coaching to team members.

Key Requirements

  • •6 years of work experience analyzing IT business processes and/or application/IT platform design and/or IT documentation, including data systems and operations processes.
  • •Demonstrated understanding of application/IT platform administration and the software development life cycle, including testing execution.
  • •Experience developing and maintaining documentation for workflow and business requirements, and technical functionality of IT applications/IT platforms.
  • •Advanced hands-on experience in SQL (or another programming language) and experience developing/managing solutions in low-code/no-code environments.
