Key Responsibilities

  • •Set and execute the enterprise Corporate Real Estate strategy in partnership with senior leaders and business operations.
  • •Own management of the business footprint and portfolio, including project planning/evaluation, budgeting, tenant improvements, maintenance and operations, design and construction, and capital improvements.
  • •Integrate physical and digital workplace strategies to build flexible, hybrid-ready environments using smart-building technology, IoT sensors, connected collaboration spaces, and AI-enabled systems.
  • •Drive data-driven CRE decisions by establishing metrics, analytics, and executive/operational KPIs for space utilization, occupancy, cost, and experience; remove friction through continuous improvement.
  • •Lead sustainability programs and ensure compliance with building codes and environmental, health, and safety standards while managing strategic relationships with vendors, contractors, tenants, and landlords.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of relevant corporate real estate experience in large, complex organizations.
  • •5+ years of leadership experience (preferred).
  • •Demonstrated ability to set and drive corporate workplace strategy balancing wellbeing, productivity, and cost.
  • •Proven delivery of complex Tier 1 and infrastructure projects, with working knowledge of acquisition, leasing, and disposition.
  • •Fluency with smart-building and workplace technologies, translating data into decisions; strong financial acumen for business cases.
