Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the successful delivery of a portfolio of EHS projects in line with best practice project management principles
  • •Partner with Project Managers to manage budgets, track costs, validate invoicing, and support project close-out
  • •Monitor project performance including margins and labour multipliers, identifying risks and opportunities
  • •Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports and insights for leadership
  • •Coordinate project reviews, track actions, and follow up on deliverables

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
  • •2–6 years’ experience in project coordination, project support, or similar roles
  • •Working knowledge of project management frameworks (e.g. PMI)
  • •Experience with project controls, cost tracking, or financial reporting
  • •Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
