Key Responsibilities

•Develop, release, and maintain manufacturing tests, scripts, tools, and related artifacts with Red 6 and contract manufacturers.
•Create PCBA, subassembly, and system-level production test strategies, defining test coverage, acceptance criteria, and failure reporting.
•Integrate provided test scripts and source code with Red 6 software development teams.
•Define and oversee jigs, fixtures, and system-level test racks, including validating repeatability/reliability and GR&R performance.
•Support CM test implementation: troubleshoot failures/yield issues, drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions, and ensure compliance with DOD/aerospace/IPC standards.
