Key Responsibilities

•Prepare Clio’s database infrastructure for future scale and reliability.
•Collaboratively define the roadmap to support business goals and satisfy application requirements.
•Investigate and solve performance problems with MySQL databases and other data stores.
•Scope, define, and collaborate with developers to implement automation and processes that power the reliability of Clio’s data stores.
•Partner with product teams to build tools that improve workflows and reduce friction for data operations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 116,500 - 157,500 annually
