Key Requirements

  • •Attend to emergency calls and provide advanced medical care in line with scope of practice.
  • •Newly qualified ALS with operational EMS experience; 1 year ALS operational experience is desired.
  • •Critical Care Assistant (CCA) or a National diploma/Diploma in Emergency Medical Care.
  • •Computer literate (Microsoft Office) and able to complete Patient Report Forms.
  • •Proficient English (written and verbal) and knowledge of EMS environment, HPCSA guidelines, and Clinical Practice Guidelines.
