Job Summary

Drive growth across a regional portfolio of beauty brands by scouting, evaluating, and negotiating new brand partnerships and leading acquisitions. Own business plans and integration strategies, collaborate with Strategy and Business Development, and act as a strategic advisor to local teams. Set the brands’ vision, KPIs, and omnichannel direction while overseeing budgets, P&L performance, and consolidation. Build high-performing teams through coaching and clear development plans.

Key Responsibilities

•Scout, evaluate, and negotiate new beauty brand partnerships from initial approach through deal structuring, pricing, and contract close.
•Lead business plans and strategies for new brand acquisitions, ensuring successful integration and long-term growth.
•Partner with Strategy and Business Development teams on acquisition opportunities to expand the brand portfolio.
•Define and implement the brands’ strategy by setting vision, financial/operational KPIs, and omnichannel direction.
•Oversee budgets, P&L, and performance metrics while building and developing high-performing teams through coaching and mentoring.

•Strategic thinking and negotiation skills to structure partnership deals and drive long-term growth.
