Job Summary

Receive, store, and issue items for suppliers and customers while maintaining accurate warehouse inventory records. Handle finished goods, raw materials, and packaging deliveries, perform physical counts and cycle counts, and ensure ERP/stock accuracy through real-time transaction encoding. Support rotation, storage, and issuance of materials/components, prepare receiving reports, and coordinate loading/unloading while following EHS practices across the site.

Key Responsibilities

•Receive and inspect finished goods, raw materials, and packaging materials against specifications.
•Safely store items and maintain adequate stock levels while controlling inventory and excess stock physically and in the ERP system.
•Perform physical inventory counts and cycle counts, maintaining accurate inventory records and stock cards.
•Issue parts and materials accurately against Work Orders, ensuring correct rotation, storage, and issuance of materials/components.
•Coordinate unloading/loading activities and conduct regular warehouse inspections while adhering to EHS practices.

Key Requirements

•Completed at least a vocational program or a 2-year college program, or a combination of education and work experience.
•1 to 4 years of experience in warehousing.
•Working knowledge of warehouse operations such as receiving, shipping, and stockroom tasks.
•Knowledge of cycle count and inventory count procedures.
•Forklift operator experience with an NCII license, plus working knowledge of ERP system/barcode processes.
