Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor, triage, and resolve incidents for WPP’s RPA bots and Power Platform solutions.
  • •Perform deep-dive diagnostics for Power Automate and Desktop/Power Platform failures, identifying systemic bottlenecks and implementing permanent fixes.
  • •Debug and remediate issues in Dataverse plugins (C#), Custom Connectors, and PCF controls.
  • •Troubleshoot advanced Power Automate flows and desktop automations, including JSON parsing, OAuth authentication, and complex OData filtering issues.
  • •Oversee health using the CoE Starter Kit, re-engineer inefficient automations to reduce API consumption, and coordinate hotfix deployments for high-priority incidents.

Key Requirements

  • •Overall experience of 3–4 years in an IT support, helpdesk, or technical operations role.
  • •Minimum 1 year of hands-on exposure to RPA technologies (UiPath, Microsoft) and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • •Proven understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts and tools.
  • •Proven experience developing and maintaining Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate flows.
  • •Incident management and troubleshooting experience using tools such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management, with comfort monitoring dashboards.
