Job Summary

Lead business & IT readiness for a strategic transformation, ensuring impacted teams and end users understand, adopt, and apply new processes, systems, roles, and ways of working in daily operations. You manage a small readiness team focused on training and support, develop a measurable change-management concept (change story, stakeholder engagement, adoption tracking), and design training and hypercare support models including ticketing, escalation, knowledge management, and handover to run.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a small readiness team focused on training, support, and change; partner closely with business and IT stakeholders to define roles, priorities, quality, impact, and proactively manage readiness risks.
•Steer business and IT readiness for a strategic transformation and ensure new processes, systems, roles, and ways of working are sustainably embedded in day-to-day operations.
•Develop an effective change-management concept with a clear change story, stakeholder engagement, change-impact analyses, communication, adoption tracking, and concrete measures to drive behavior change.
•Design a modern training strategy including role-based learning paths, blended learning, microlearning, simulations, learning nuggets, train-the-trainer approaches, and learning in the flow of work.
•Define a sustainable support model for rollout, hypercare, and stabilization, covering support channels, ticket and escalation logic, knowledge management, feedback loops, and handover to regular operations.

Key Requirements

•University or university of applied sciences degree, ideally in business, business informatics, organizational development, change management, learning & development, or a related field.
•Multi-year experience in business and IT readiness, change management, training, or support enablement in complex transformation or technology programs.
•Proven ability to steer change in measurable terms, from impact analysis and stakeholder activation to adoption, behavior change, and benefits realization.
•Strong understanding of modern training methods and experience designing effective support and hypercare models.
•Excellent leadership, moderation, and stakeholder-management skills, analytical and execution-focused working style, high initiative, and very good German and English skills (French a plus).
