•Present the features and benefits of products to customers and compare with competing brands.
•Cross-sell parts, accessories, F&I products, warranties, and service contracts with all sales.
•Ensure timely and proper completion of all paperwork and maintain floor stock cleanliness.
•Introduce customers to Service, Parts, General Merchandise, and F&I departments; follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
