Key Responsibilities

  • •Autonomously deliver technical and commercial proposals for small-scale projects, and support larger/more complex proposals under a Proposal Manager or Lead.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders through remote collaboration and occasional site visits.
  • •Take full ownership of assigned proposal scopes to ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with standard processes.
  • •Develop concept designs for smaller proposals as a Solution Architect, providing innovative and cost-effective solutions.
  • •Communicate progress, risks, and challenges; apply methodologies and tools to optimize proposal development while maintaining quality and deadlines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • •Proficiency in Polish and English (written and verbal).
  • •Foundational experience in proposal development, sales support, or process automation.
  • •Understanding of process automation systems (distributed control systems or programmable logic controllers) and basic IT/network infrastructure concepts.
  • •Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured process environment.
