Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise, drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and meet individual and store KPIs. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including transactions, inventory processing, and visual merchandising while maintaining service and brand standards.
