Key Responsibilities

•Respond to technical inquiries directly from customers, Field Service Engineers or through the CRC; provide technical support to airlines, MRO facilities and OEMs, and troubleshoot technical issues
•Lead test failure analyses and drive cross-functional investigations to identify root cause and implement robust corrective actions
•Establish and maintain Component Maintenance Manuals (CMMs), Service Letters, Service Bulletins, PDAs, etc. in coordination with CSE and Technical Publication groups, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with program requirements
•Provide oversight of wheel and brake system performance by analyzing life, reuse, and consumption data to identify trends, support RSPL inquiries, and deliver reliability metrics
•Provide mentorship and training to junior team members and support ad-hoc data related tasks

Key Requirements

•Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years of experience
•Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English across all levels of an organization (verbal and written)
•U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
•Experience with engineering drawings, technical specifications, 3D Modeling, and GD&T
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
