Job Summary

Lead complex, cross-functional programs for Workday’s Infrastructure and Digital Employee Experience (DEX) portfolio through the BT PMO. Own execution from planning through delivery and stabilization, translating strategy, roadmaps, and OKRs into detailed execution plans. Partner with stakeholders and end users to define requirements and success metrics, manage risks, dependencies, and budgets, and provide executive, outcome-focused communications.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead planning and execution of high-impact programs across the Infrastructure and DEX portfolio from definition through delivery and stabilization.
•Translate strategy, roadmaps, and OKRs into execution plans and project structures with scope, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
•Gather feedback from stakeholders and end users to define requirements and user stories grounded in the employee experience.
•Establish governance forums and operating rhythms, and drive change management plans (including communications) for adoption.
•Anticipate and manage cross-functional risks, dependencies, and budget/financial considerations while providing executive, outcome-focused updates.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 156,000 - 234,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of program management experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
•8+ years of professional experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud, and infrastructure environments.
•8+ years delivering complex technical or infrastructure programs spanning multiple teams and systems.
•Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across engineering, infrastructure, security, and business functions.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or Management, plus relevant certifications (PMP, PgMP, CSM) or equivalent program management expertise.
