Job Summary

Design end-to-end product experiences by partnering with product managers, researchers, UX writers, and engineers. Create high-fidelity UI/UX specifications, prototypes, and user flows informed by user research and data analysis. •Collect stakeholder feedback, iterate on designs, and ship products with the best user experience.

Salary: USD 200,221 - 210,221 annually

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Digital Design, Graphic Design, Engineering Design, Product Design, Computer Art, Digital Art, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Technology, or related field with 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) with 3 years of related work experience.
•1 year of experience performing product refinement using usability research and consolidating results into actionable insights.
•1 year of experience defining product requirements and optimizing UX by collecting user pain points, reviewing competitor analysis, and analyzing user needs.
•Experience using Figma across the product design process, including user flows, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes.
•Facilitating design guidelines to improve product consistency and increase product brand awareness.
