Director Project Controls – Data Center Construction

Lead cost, schedule, and risk management for a large-scale data center construction program, establishing project controls processes for accurate forecasting, reporting, and governance. Partner with project leadership and contractors to drive performance against budget and schedule targets, oversee earned value and variance reporting, and develop integrated CPM schedules. Manage risk registers, change control, executive dashboards, and mentor project controls teams to ensure data integrity across delivery phases.
