Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the Design Management team and support team leadership with business development and performance reviews.
  • •Oversee AECOM financial processes and invoicing, including design team business planning and progress monitoring.
  • •Manage design management projects across the UK and internationally, including reviewing work outputs for quality and contractual compliance.
  • •Manage sub-consultants, including responsibility matrices, back-to-back contracts, contract updates, cash flow projections, and sub-consultant invoice tracking/reporting.
  • •Establish and implement design management procedures covering scope delineation, programming/monitoring, deliverables/outputs, quality, budgets/change, approvals, and project meetings/design workshops.
