Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of Adyen’s disputes end to end, advising on commercial outcomes and pragmatic solutions.
  • •Manage disputes across multiple jurisdictions and coordinate advice under relevant laws (including New York and Dutch law).
  • •Instruct, oversee, and manage external counsel, including strategy and budget, and drive matters toward resolution.
