  • •Bachelor’s degree in Public Affairs, Communications, or Political Science, plus at least 3 years (Level II) or 5 years (Level III) of related experience in public relations, corporate communications, government affairs, politics, community engagement, or project management.
  • •Preferred: Master’s Degree in Public Relations and 7 years of corresponding experience (Level III).
  • •Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • •Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to identify challenges, develop solutions, and drive resolution.
  • •Ability to build relationships within the organization and with outside groups, with knowledge of the energy industry.
